Classic Hunter Valley Semillon from another strong vintage. The nose is vibrant with an abundance of citrus fruits and floral elements. The palate is medium bodied, yet intense, with great length and a brisk acidity.

Dynamic Shiraz Grenache Mourvèrdre boasts a complex nose, combining spice, ripe fruits and subtle oak. It is fruit-driven on the palate, with good fruit sweetness and complexity, and a silky finish.

Vibrant ruby colour, displaying an abundance of blue fruits, sweet blackberry and soft floral aromas. With red and dark berry fruits integrated with supple tannins.

Displaying a bright, medium red hue, this wine immediately captivates with its haunting, ethereal aromas of blackberry and dark chocolate. The palate is dense and finely structured, yet supple, with ultra-fine tannins that carry generous layers of earthy complexity and depth. Crafted with precision and care, the fruit is hand-picked, sorted, and destemmed directly into 1,000L clay amphoras. Fermentation is gently managed through hand plunging and pump-overs, after which the amphoras are topped and left undisturbed for 120 days, allowing the skins to impart colour and texture while softening the tannins naturally. The wine is then gravity-drained—without pressing—and returned to amphora for an additional 150 days of maturation. Finally, it is gravity-racked, settled, and bottled, preserving the purity and elegance of its unique character.

Bright, light to mid-yellow colour with a rich, buttery, toasty bouquet, with smoky oak and roasted hazelnuts galore. The wine is full-bodied and rich, generous, almost opulent. A bigger style of Vat 47 than the recent trend, but it avoids fatness or tropical characters. A real mouthful of classic chardonnay. 96Pts

Crafted by Bulman Wines, offers a complex and aromatic experience. Expect notes of red cherry, spice, and black pepper. It features a blend of red florals, red and sour black cherry, bitter red aperitivo, and warm spices. The wine also exhibits a subtle rust note and herbal scents, with ground fennel
and intricate tannins. It’s described as both wild and controlled, with a fragrant, deeply coloured, and effortlessly flavourful profile.

This vibrant wine displays a bright, deep red hue with a vivid purple edge, hinting at its youthful intensity and depth. The nose is dense and evocative, revealing mineral-laced aromas of ripe blackcurrants, cedar wood, and subtle tobacco leaf. On the palate, it is both intense and persistent, yet remarkably refined, delivering layers of dark fruit complexity wrapped in fine, well-integrated tannins. Crafted with meticulous care, the fruit was hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard to preserve the integrity and character of each block. After gentle destemming and light crushing, individual vineyard parcels underwent extended skin contact for up to 40 days, allowing for optimal extraction of flavour
and tannin. Once balance was achieved, each batch was gently pressed and transferred to oak for maturation.

A seamless assortment of classic Napa Cabernet aromas exude from the glass—cassis, black cherries, chaparral and a touch of intriguing butterscotch. On the palate, the wine is tastefully expressive with ripe raspberry, crème caramel, bay leaf and twotypes of currants—red and black. Carrying its own weight through the finish, the wine’s prominent tannins will soften over time.

Handpicked and sorted in the vineyard in the second week of February, the blocks were all kept separate and fermented in the open top vats. The individual wines were then matured in mostly newer French oak casks until the Vat 9 blend was assembled in November 2021. The blend was then matured for a further five months before bottling. Vibrant purple in colour, a regal nose showing lifted spice, dark fruits and subtle hint of oak. The palate is medium-bodied showing great intensity and the velvety texture that is seen in the best wines from this vintage. The palate structure is effortless with no rough edges showing wonderful balance of fruit, acid, oak and tannin. 94Pts

Very deep, dark, dense colour with a tinge of purple and a deep and brooding nose that shows plenty of smart oak tidily allied with rich fruit, very ripe but not jammy or jubey, the baked earth/terracotta and brown-spice aromas crowning the generous Western Barossa fruit. A medium-to-deep crimson wine with a broody intensity, offering aromas of black fruits, black olive, pepper, and vanilla, and a palate of black, blue, and red fruits led by mulberry, complemented by spice, earthiness, hints of purple florals, and supple yet persistent tannins.
